Ricardo Henrique de Freitas Kurtz, registered with the Order of Lawyers of Brazil, under number 97,791 / RJ.  He possesses a degree in business administration from UERJ (University of Rio de Janeiro State), a law degree from the Integrated Schools Rio Pretense-SP, a post-graduate degree in commercial law with a specialization in corporate law from Fundação Getulio Vargas FGV / RJ and a post-graduate degree in law from the School of Magistrates of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ).

His speciality is in civil and commercial law, with a successful track record of litigation experience.  He possesses effective negotiating skills and an ability to lead large working groups.

He was a founding partner of the Law Office of Trigo, Kurtz, Albuquerque and Ramalho – Advogados Associados, where he served as the firm’s real estate and contractual legal advisor, assisting the implementation of the GSM system for leading operators in the telecommunications market.  He was responsible for the technical, sectoral and lease agreements for Radio Base Station in four regions and 16 states.

He implemented core civil petitions in the Office of Bandeira de Mello, Advogados Associados.He directed civil litigation teams for renowned companies, coordinating more than 12,000 cases, with a success rate of 80%.

He served as an advisor to the judge of the 48th Civil Court, delivering over 50 awards projects, with recognized excellence.
